Cycle Soothe™ is a specially formulated blend of essential oils that may help reduce pain and discomfort from menstrual cramps.

Cycle Soothe™ comes ready to use with no dilution needed.  

• Best application from a roller bottle is achieved using a circular swirling motion of the roller, and not with an up and down or side to side motion. 
• Apply directly to the abdomen to target menstrual cramps.
• Gently massage into the skin using circular motion. 
• Use as often as needed.

Pregnancy warning:

• Cycle Soothe™ contains Tarragon, Cypress, Basil and Angelica root oils, which may cause complications with pregnancy in some women.
• Do not use Cycle Soothe™ if you are pregnant.
• Keep away from eyes, inner ears, broken skin and other sensitive areas.

Sunlight warning:

• Cycle Soothe™ contains a low concentration of Angelica root oil, which is known to be phototoxic, creating a sensitivity to sunlight.  Avoid long, direct exposure to sunlight while using Cycle Soothe™ to reduce the chance of sunburn.

Drug Interactions:

• Angelica, Basil and Tarragon essential oils may increase the blood thinning properties of prescription medications such as Warfarin, Heparin or Aspirin. Consult a qualified physician regarding the use of Cycle Soothe™ if you have a blood clotting disorder or take a prescription blood thinner medication.

Cycle Soothe™ should not be substituted for medical treatment in cases of known gynecological diseases or conditions.
