Birch (Betula lenta):  an analgesic and anti-inflammatory oil that supports recovery from muscle and joint pain, arthritis, tendonitis, and sprains.  It also may relieve muscle tension and cramps, promote lymphatic drainage, and improve blood flow.

Black Seed (Nigella sativa):  an analgesic and antioxidant that supports relief of chronic inflammation, joint health and immune support and is known to fight bacteria, viruses and fungi and relieve discomfort from eczema and psoriasis.

Himalayan Cedarwood (Cedrus deodara):  supports healthy skin, strengthens lungs, and helps reduce fluid retention.

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris ct linalool):  provides antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and respiratory support, cooling and soothing sore muscles and joints, strengthening the body's immune system, and easing congestion.

Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata):  relieves tension and calms nerves

Fractionated Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera):  a lightweight, non-greasy oil; leaves no residue, does not clog pores and absorbs quickly into the skin; has a long shelf life and provides stabilization and preservation of the essential oils in the blend.

Evening Cool Down™ is a specially formulated blend of essential oils that may alleviate pain, inflammation and stiff/aching muscles after a long day of work.  

Additional benefits include antibacterial and antifungal properties that may help lessen the impact of skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.  You may feel a cooling sensation several minutes after application.  

Evening Cool Down™ comes ready to use with no dilution needed.

• Best application from a roller bottle is achieved using a circular swirling motion of the roller, and not with an up and down or side to side motion.  
• Apply minimal amount to joints and muscle areas and gently massage into the skin with a circular motion.  Focus on areas where you experience evening aches, pains and stiffness.  Best results have been reported when using 1 - 2 hours before going to bed.  When used in the evening, this blend may help your muscles relax and support easing into comfortable sleep.
• Do not use more than three times a day.
• Always wash hands thoroughly after use.

Keep away from children

Methyl salicylate warning:

• Birch oil contains high concentrations of methyl salicylate, which can have similar effects as aspirin.
• For topical/skin use only. Methyl salicylate can be fatal if ingested
• Use as directed - do not over apply to skin or use more than three times daily

Do not use Evening Cool Down™:

• If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or are nursing
• Keep away from eyes, inner ears, broken skin and other sensitive areas

Allergic Reactions:

• Do not use Evening Cool Down™ if you are allergic to Birch Oil or aspirin.  Signs of an allergic reaction include rash, itching, or difficulty breathing.  
• If any of these symptoms occur, immediately discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately

Drug Interactions:

• Caution is advised when using Birch Oil containing products in conjunction with blood thinners/anticoagulants (i.e. warfarin, coumadin or similar) as it may increase risk of bleeding.
