• Best application from a roller bottle is achieved using a circular swirling motion of the roller, and not with an up and down or side to side motion. 
• Apply directly to areas where you experience muscle pain and inflammation.  Gently massage into the skin using circular motion. up to three times a day.  
• Wash hands thoroughly after use.

Methyl salicylate warning:

• Wintergreen oil contains high concentrations of methyl salicylate, which can have similar effects as aspirin.
• For topical/skin use only. Methyl salicylate can be fatal if ingested.
• Use as directed - do not over apply to skin or use more than three times daily.

• If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or are nursing
• Keep away from eyes, inner ears, broken skin and other sensitive areas

Allergic Reactions:

• Do not use Muscle Mend™ if you are allergic to wintergreen or aspirin.  Signs of an allergic reaction include rash, itching, or difficulty breathing.  
• If any of these symptoms occur, discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately

Drug Interactions:

• Caution is advised when using products containing wintergreen oil in conjunction with blood thinners/anticoagulants (i.e. warfarin, coumadin or similar) as it may increase risk of bleeding.

Use of Muscle Mend™ should not be substituted for medical treatment of torn or severely damaged muscles or severe muscle bruising or severe sprains.
