Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea):  Hormone-balancing, calming, sedative, antispasmodic, soothing; eases PMS/menopause symptoms, supports sleep, reduces stress, relaxes muscle tension.

Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens):  Astringent, toning, circulatory, anti-edema, vasoconstrictive; tightens and tones skin, reduces puffiness, supports lymphatic drainage, good for varicose veins.

Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens):  Astringent, balancing, regenerative, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, circulatory; firms and tones skin, balances sebum, supports hydration, reduces appearance of wrinkles.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia):  Anti-inflammatory, calming, analgesic, antimicrobial, skin-healing and tightening; soothes irritation, supports wound healing, reduces redness, aids relaxation.

Peppermint (Mentha × piperita):  Cooling, analgesic, decongestant, stimulant, antispasmodic; relieves headaches, energizes, cools inflamed skin, soothes muscle tension.

Sage (Salvia officinalis):  Strong antimicrobial, stimulating, clarifying; supports respiratory function, energizes, strengthens immunity.

Thyme ct linalool (Thymus vulgaris ct. linalool): Cooling,  soothing, balancing; supports immunity, helps congestion.

Grapeseed Oil (Vitis vinifera):  Moisturizing, barrier-supportive, anti-oxidant rich,  sebum-balancing, soothing; excellent for all skin types, improves hydration, regulates oil, enhances absorption.

She’s Cool™ is a specially formulated blend of essential oils that may quickly cool you down during those hot flash moments.

She’s Cool™ comes ready to use with no dilution needed.  

• Best application from a roller bottle is achieved using a circular swirling motion of the roller, and not with an up and down or side to side motion. 
• Apply directly to the neck and other pulse points when you feel a hot flash starting.
• Gently massage into the skin using circular motion. 
• Use as often as needed.

Pregnancy warning:

• She’s Cool™ contains Peppermint oil, which should be avoided during the first trimester of a pregnancy, and Sage, which should be avoided during pregnancy.
• Consult your obstetrician before using any essential oil blend with Peppermint and/or Sage while pregnant.
• Keep away from eyes, inner ears, broken skin and other sensitive areas.

Drug Interactions:

• Cypress and Geranium oils may increase the blood thinning properties of prescription medications such as Warfarin, Heparin or Aspirin. Consult a qualified physician regarding the use of Cycle Soothe™ if you have a blood clotting disorder or take a prescription blood thinner medication.
• Sage essential oil must be avoided if you have epilepsy or are prone to any seizures.  Do not use She’s Cool™ if you take anti-seizure medications or are prone to have seizures.

She’s Cool™ should not be substituted for medical treatment in cases of OB/GYN diseases.
